INTERNATIONAL DIVISION CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

ROYAL CANIN

 

Location : Aimargues (30 minutes from Montpellier)

Contract : permanent contract

 

As export customer service manager you manage a team of client managers (8 persons), processing orders  from the product catalog to the invoicing, from 7 sourcing plants to 80 countries, and promotional tools coordinators (2 persons) in charge of inbound for these items.

You manage some strategic customers, reinforcing your functional expertise.

You drive team engagement and customer service excellence

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

 

  • Team leader driving engagement and inclusion and diversity mindset
  • Functional expert managing some strategic customers accounts
  • Ensure product& promotional tools physical vailability in 80 countries from 7 plant sourcing, and develop mutisourcing
  • Drives customer service excellence and process efficiency

 

What are we looking for?

  • 2 Year degree or more in International Trade and/or Supply Chain Management 
  • Significant experience in a customer service team in an international company
  • 1 Navision operational knowledge 
  • > 5 years Supply Chain experience or equivalent experience from a major interface with Supply & Exporting parties 
  • > 5 years in managing a team of operational roles
  • Experience in lean management with performance tracking is highly recommended
  • Fluent in French and English, another language is a + (Spanish, Russian)
  • Ability to flex style in a multicultural environment
