What you’ll do

As the International Franchise Director, IO GI/GU , you will build the Immuno-oncology leadership in GI/GU and lead the commercial launch readiness for priority markets in our International region.

This role can be based in Shanghai, China, Zug, Switzerland, Singapore or AZ International office locations

• Develop the portfolio strategy and drive the brand performance and launch preparation of new indications
• Lead the development and planning of the pre-launch and launch strategy
• Shape the market for new IO indications in International region
• Collaborate with the global and cross-functional teams build and drive the brand objectives and priorities
• Develop strategies for RWE generation and Early Access Programmes in collaboration with the Medical team and facilitate the implementation
• Monitor and analyse brands performance across top markets and key sales and disease indicators
• Utilise and generate insights to assess the trends and future opportunities

• Provide hands on and strategic leadership in driving a robust launch and brand adoption in the key countries

• Support the capability building in the key markets, best practice sharing and lead multi-stakeholder relationships across various geographies

Essential for the role

• You have a graduate level degree in sciences or business
• Broad multi-disciplinary pharmaceutical experience with solid experience in Oncology
• Expertise in brand marketing and new product launches
• Project management skills with the ability to lead, plan and drive the execution of business strategy and tactics
• Agility to lead and communicate across geographical and cultural boundaries in multiple time zones

Desirable for the role

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry at an above country role, preferably with experience in GI/GU
• Comprehensive understanding of pricing, commercialisation and access to market in key International markets
