Responsibilities:
The International Head of Primary is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), responsible for the daily management of the Primary School (K-G5). This role supports both teaching and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with the school’s educational philosophy, objectives, and global education model.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the Primary School.• Lead the development and implementation of the international curriculum.• Conduct professional appraisals for staff and support teacher development.• Manage new teacher induction and recruitment.• Foster a positive learning environment and ensure student safety.• Build relationships with parents and represent the school at community events.• Support student admissions and enrollment initiatives.
Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a similar
leadership role.
• Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., IB PYP, British, or American).
• Experience in curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and team management.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or above in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching qualification or certification.
