Teaching Hours 教学时长: Up to 15 classes/week (40-45 minutes per class) 每周不超过15节课（每节课40-45分钟）
Working Hours 工作时间: Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible per school schedule) 周一至周五，上午7:30-下午4:30（根据学校安排调整）
Student Age 学生年龄: 12-15 years old (high school classes) 12-15岁（高中班级）
Class Size 班级规模: 30-40 students 30-40人
Requirements 招聘要求
Language 语言要求:
Native-level English proficiency (for instruction) 英语授课需达到母语水平
Fluent English + expertise in target art field (e.g., Western art history, studio art) 流利英语+美术专业领域能力（如西方艺术史、工作室艺术等）
Education 学历:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Design, Art Education, or related field 美术、设计、艺术教育等相关专业本科及以上学历
Certification 资质:
Teaching license/certificate (e.g., PGCE, state teaching credential) OR portfolio of student/artwork achievements 教学资质证书（如PGCE、教师资格证）或作品集/学生成果证明
Experience 经验:
2+ years of teaching art (preferred) OR significant professional art experience 2年以上美术教学经验（优先）或丰富的艺术行业从业经验
Visa 签证:
Eligible for Chinese work visa (we assist with application) 符合中国工作签证申请条件（学校协助办理）

Key Responsibilities 核心职责
Teach foundational art skills (drawing, painting, sculpture, digital art) 教授基础美术技能（素描、绘画、雕塑、数字艺术等）
Design project-based curriculum aligned with IB/AP/A-Level standards 设计符合IB/AP/A-Level标准的项目制课程
Guide students in portfolio development for university applications 指导学生完成升学作品集
Organize school art exhibitions and competitions 策划校园艺术展览与竞赛
