Responsibilities:
1. Ability to independently teach international high school art courses such as DSE & A-Level, with experience in portfolio preparation.
2. Execute teaching-related tasks in accordance with the educational development plans of the group and the school, as well as specific class teaching activities.
3. Actively participate in optimizing teaching plans, curriculum development, teaching research activities, and relevant training.
4. Maintain timely and effective communication with parents, provide genuine care and guidance to help students improve academic performance, consolidate teaching outcomes, and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
5. Collaborate and communicate with homeroom teachers and teachers of other subjects, participating in collective lesson preparation.
6. Support the school’s student recruitment efforts as needed.
7. Fulfill other related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant educational discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Possession of a teaching qualification certificate in the relevant subject or Hong Kong registered teacher qualification, with preference given to high school or higher-level certifications.
3. At least 2 years of teaching experience in DSE curriculum; preference given to candidates with interdisciplinary teaching experience or ability.
4. Strong English communication skills; preference given to candidates with nationally recognized English proficiency certification.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in student management and handling unexpected classroom situations.
