The position of International Human Resources Business Professional will help lead the internationalization of Wanhua Chemical's talent pool, managing international/intercultural training and development programs, providing knowledge and expertise on IHR functions, lead international recruiting efforts and manage our foreign intern program. The position will also assist with HR needs for our branch companies, as well as a major project in North America.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (HR-related highly preferred)
2 Year's work experience (Preferably in HR functions)
Basic Mandarin Chinese ability
Excellent communication skills
Experience living and working in China

Responsibilities/Duties

Manage International/Intercultural Training Programs
Lead International Recruitment Efforts
Advise HR team on IHR/HR issues and topics/international best practices
Manage an intern program of 30+ interns per year
Assist in all IHR functions
Assist on HR functions related to a major NA project
