International Incubator Program Manager

Salary: 15,000-20,000 RMB / month (plus bonuses).

Location: Qingdao, China.

The company specializes in cloud computing, Internet of Things, big data, AI, robotics, car networking, fintech, AR / VR / MR, pan-entertainment, and cultural travel, among other industries, incorporating large-scale enterprise cooperation as well as innovation incubation.

In 2017, 117 incubator service projects were financed, with a total financing amount of 1.2 billion RMB and overseas investment of over 100 million USD. In the coming year, the company will continue to develop domestically and internationally.



Responsibilities:

Docking and landing internationalization projects, and completing investment tasks of the incubator project;
Contacting and negotiating with client independently;
Improving the docking process and landing program of international projects continuously;
Reviewing the work and status of projects, and being able to analyze and judge each project independently;
Assessing and fulfilling the needs of the incubating enterprise by providing follow-up management and accurate value-added services for them;
Implementing activities of the incubator, enhancing brand influence, and promoting investment going forward;
Organizing and implementing various activities for companies, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of such activities;
Completing other tasks assigned by the superior.


Requirements：

Bachelor’s degree and above (specializations in such fields as Business Administration or Economics would be preferred);
Team leadership experience, ideally with experience leading a team whilst overseas;
Has been to China before, or has an active interest in China’s incubation programs;
Courage to challenge oneself;
Strong teamwork and teambuilding capabilities.
