Desired profile :

A relevant degree plus teaching qualifications

At least 5 years management experience, especially in early childhood education

Knows about the pedagogy of children from 0-6 years old

Experience with Montessori Method education preferred

An outstanding track record in educational leadership with proven success and demonstrable impact

Able to think strategically, analytically and creatively about learning and teaching

Good communication skills with the parents and team

Native English or French speaker
