You will be working in a team of high calibre banking lawyers. Within this practice group, they cover both lender and borrower type of work. They focus on acquisition and leveraged finance transactions. Clients include banks, PE and MNCs.

You will be drafting, reviewing and revising various transactions documents, such as: facility agreements and share charges documents.

Profile

* NQ - 2 PQE
* Qualified in Hong Kong
* Some exposure to banking & finance work
* Fluency Mandarin language skills required
