The International Management Trainee Program aims to select a group of outstanding international talents and cultivate managerial and professional talents for 2-5 years.
During the training period, based on work needs and personal preferences, rotation learning will be arranged in HNA Aviation Group and various domestic enterprises.
Based on the work performance and performance evaluation during the training period, excellent international management trainees will be recommended to work in Hong Kong and overseas subsidiary enterprises of HNA Aviation Group.
