Job Responsibilities

· Act as the primary point of contact for international patients seeking medical treatment in China
· Communicate fluently in Russian and English with patients, their families and referral agents
· Coordinate hospital appointments, doctor consultations and treatment plans
· Assist with visa documentation, travel arrangements, airport transfers and accommodation bookings
· Provide on-site interpreting and translation support during hospital visits
· Offer emotional support to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience for patients from arrival through to recovery
· Maintain patient records and monitor post-treatment care

Requirements

· **Fluent Russian speaker (Open to candidates from Central Asia: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan)**
· Good English communication ability; additional languages are a big plus
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
· Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare or medical tourism is preferred
· Compassionate, patient and culturally sensitive
· Able to multitask and work under pressure
· Willing to travel to local hospitals as required
