Starting Date: August 2023;

️Job details:
-Assist the Executive Principal in delivering of the agreed operating plan, which is measured against key performance indicators covering education quality, student enrollment, high quality staff, health and safety, revenue and costs;
-Assist the Executive Principal in ensuring that the School's policies and local regulatory requirements for the international curriculum and well-being of staff and students are met;
-Cooperate on marketing, admissions and other activities

️Requirements:
- Native English speaker;
- PGCE/QTS or equivalent;
- Bachelor degree or above, Master degree or Doctor degree preferred, at least 3 years' IBDP school management experience in overseas famous schools or domestic international schools, familiar with the development trend of international education, familiar with the learning and thinking mode of students;
- Experience of implementing and monitoring strategic plans to support the over-arching vision and mission of an education institution;
- Experience across a range of staff management processes including recruitment, development, retention, performance management and appraisal;
- Have the spirit of hardworking a high sense of responsibility, professionalism
