International Project Manager

Job Description

As part of ACCOR's development in the lifestyle segment, Astore Equipment & Projects (AEP) is looking for a international Project Manager to join the Corporate teams based in Paris or London. Being part of the International Procurement Department, AEP is in charge of coordinating FF&E/OS&E purchases for new openings in Europe.

Reporting to the AEP Europe Director and under the supervision of the area managers, you will carry out the following duties:

  • After the signing of the contract, liaise with the project owner
  • Participates in feasibility and prepares preliminary estimates
  • Preparation of orders for FF&E, OS&E and specific equipments and ensures their logistical follow-up until the installation on site.
  • Follow-up of the administration of each project ranging from the quote to the service order with its modifications to the follow-up of the invoicing.
  • Realization and management of the various financial tables of budget / expenses, follow-up of invoices.
  • Creation and update of the product listing
  • Update of budget monitoring and produce summary documents to the client
  • Create, implement and maintain tools that will allow for detailed tracking and reporting of all projects. Make information easily accessible to stakeholders and find ways to continually find improvements.
  • Management of administrative and financial deadlines of contracts.
  • Miscellaneous administrative declarations and formalities related to international procurement.
  • Management of external stakeholders and supplier relations.
  • Organization of development sessions with project management and operation.
  • Works in consultation with the Technical and Design, International Purchasing, Management Control and Legal departments.
  • Be the qualitative guardian of the ‘Hotel Brand-Standards Package’ (supported by D&TS)
  • Organizes the financial closure of its projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of international lifestyle hotel concepts and Food & Beverage concepts

Education:

you have at least a Bachelor degree in Architecture or engineering school / university

or a Bachelor Degree in business school specialized in purchasing or hospitality

 

Experience:

You have at least 5 years of experience as an FF&E/ OS&E/ technical project manager of a specialized hotel developer or operator or consultancy firm.

Experience in a reputable hotel procurement agency with international exposure is preferred.

 

 

• Languages: English fluent mandatory, French would be a plus

• Type of contract: Permanent

• Hours of work: full-time

• Location: Paris or London Accor headquarters. Regular travel abroad. Home office up to 3 days a week.

• Package : Fixed salary on a 13 months basis + bonus scheme
