Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team and Oversee the daily operations
• Liaise with valued customers in Overseas properties sales
• Develop and implement property sales & marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve the sales targets
• Responsible for handling all related documentation work
• Provide professional agency service and after sales services
• Assist in the execution of sales strategies and marketing activities

Requirements :

• NO EAA License is required
• Basic written English is fine
• Passionate, good in sales negotiation and effective communication & interpersonal skills, self-motivated, hardworking & well-organized
• Immediate available is preferable
