The role, within the Bitron Purchasing Department – International Purchasing Office, will have the following main responsibilities:

• Scout the new sources / suppliers in small motor devices for automotive applications, sensors, lathe mechanic components 为汽车产品、传感器和车床机械零部件的小型电动机装置寻找新的供应商

• Develop new suppliers according Bitron Standards. 根据集团标准开发新的供应商

• Negotiate prices, terms conditions, deliveries, etc. 价格、条件、交付的谈判

• Manage the purchases orders for prototypes, first samples and series production 管理原型、首样和批量生产的采购订单

• Support in logistics and quality issues 支持物流和质量相关事宜

• Evaluate new providers in terms of technology, quality standards, effectiveness of electronic components and systems for automotive applications in conjunction with Quality Department 与质量部一起，从技术、质量标准、电子元器件有效性等方面，对汽车产品的新的供应商进行评估，

• Support Bitron R&D in the design for new and innovative solutions in automotive applications 支持研发团队为汽车产品设计新的创新性的解决方案

• Support Bitron R&D engineers in the choice of new components, focusing on cost competitiveness 在选择新的零部件，主要是在成本竞争性方面，为研发工程师提供支持

• Cooperate within the Purchasing team in the sourcing of new manufacturers that can be considered alternative from technical point of view. 在技术层面上，和采购团队一起寻找和开发新的替代供应商

Technical skills & experience 技能要求和工作经验

• Knowledge about electronic, electromechanical components, motors, sensors 熟悉电子、机电元件、电机和传感器方面的知识

• Base knowledge about EMC regulation 了解电磁兼容性法规

• Automotive electromechanical device experience 汽车的机电装置领域的工作经验

• Used in working within international environment 熟悉跨国公司的工作环境

• Good organizational, Interpersonal and communication skills 良好的人际沟通能力

• Experience in selection, evaluation and performance of new suppliers 新供应商选择、审核和绩效评估的工作经验

• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications 熟练操作办公软件

Qualifications Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. 电子/电气/机械工程专业 研究生学历

Working experience in R&D automotive DC (Direct Current) motors, small size, minimum 5 years 有研发小型汽车直流电动机至少5年工作经验
