Responsibilities:
Closely collaborate with AZ China team to support AZ International and Global stakeholder meetings (including senior engagements, cross-functional best-practice sharing workshops, external engagements)
Administrative support for the International team based in Shanghai (travel, teleconferences and VMR, general meeting arrangements, etc.)
Accountable for International Shanghai team budget tracking
Ensure business compliance to processing / ordering expenses
Requirements:
Bachelor degree
Fluent in oral and written communication of English
At least 2 years’ experience in a joint venture environment
Excellent knowledge of Windows, Office and Notes
Good organizer, attentive and independent worker
Thrive in a fast-paced, International environment
