About the Job
This is a great opportunity to join the leading pharmaceutical and medical exhibitions division of Reed Exhibitions China. This position requires a high level of self-management and drive to lead change and influence people and organisation.
Job responsibilities:
==> Team leader of the International sales and marketing review for Reed Sinopharm shows
? Analyze sales performance and drive direct sales
? Understand International sales network (agents/ISGs performance and potential and needs/gaps analysis) and work with ISG to manage and develop new sales opportunities.
? Study international marketing kits and promotion channels
? Participate at international and local events to assess needs and understand the market/industry new trends
==> Develop and suggest international sales and marketing New Strategy and Action plan
? Lead and manage show teams to accept changes and implement changes action plan
? Identify potential targets (exhibitors/visitors/partners) and reinforce the international promotion (new communication and marketing initiatives and channels)
? Find and develop new networks / Identify new potential, new segments and new markets
? Create new events and concepts to respond to new targets needs
? Work closely with marketing managers and sales managers to join efforts and follow the overall new show strategy
? Train staff and agents on new ideas and initiatives ? Follow-up on actions and Recommend new actions based on performance
==> Develop and maintain international relations with Embassies and Trade associations in China: identify key international partners for each show and create special events to increase international involvements
==> Organize and lead workshops to Reed sales executives on international business and ethics

Desired Skills & Experience
? 3-5 years of experience in the exhibition industry preferred
? Strong knowledge about international network and cooperation (ISGs, agents, trade associations,…)
? Sales experience and international show visits experience involving face-to-face meetings
? Ability to qualify leads and opportunities and to manage pipeline of prospects
? Time management, resource management & project management skills
? Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
? Quick learner with a positive attitude; Strong decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
? Excellent verbal and communication skills
? Fluent in English language, willing to learn Chinese (at least a beginner level)
