To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As International Sales Manager (Life Safety Division – Fire Systems and Emergency lighting), you will belong to the Eaton EMEA Strategic Accounts & Alliances team and you will be responsible for leading a team of international account sales engineers as well as driving direct sales in some specialized partners in EMEA. You will be also closely working with the Life Safety Division team and develop the necessary processes to ensure flowless business communication and sales program execution between the Division and some selected Eaton Country Sales Organizations to ensure appropriate business and growth plans. You will own EMEA opportunity pipeline management as well sales forecast accuracy for accounts under your responsibility. For important sales related matters, you will act as the voice of the Life Safety Division in the sales organization and the voice of the sales organization in the Division. Your main responsibilities: Direct management of International Sales team of the Division (APAC) to meet and exceed the set objectives. Solid understanding of the Technology, Software and Service offered by the Division to push best solution offerings in the regions and accounts. Drive and development of project business in Eaton Country Sales Organizations with limited solution architect capability and share best solution and practices. Support to localize and implement the offerings in region with specific requirements, regulations, and promotion schemes. Facilitation and networking of sales teams and Division technical teams about bottleneck removal, technical problem solving and commercial policies. Coordination of pricing activities for the Division (project and flow) in assigned regions and accounts. Provide inputs for forecasting and developing budgets for the selected Eaton Country Sales Organizations. Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Min. 5 years experiences in sales with electrical portfolio. Proven experience leading a team. Strong outside Sales & Marketing experience working with a variety of channel partners Understanding and aptitude of Eaton's IT systems and capabilities Clear understanding of dynamics and interactions of Eaton routes to market Strong understanding of business fundamentals and financials, combined with marketing experience Results focused, excellent communicator, people orientation, negotiation skills, data/process driven, digital mindset Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable Fluent in English What we offer to you: Flexible working solutions (home office, remote, flexible working hours, part time etc.) are implemented across different EMEA locations, check out with the site HR what type of flexible working solution is available for this role.
