International Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Mission
1.Work with the UK National Director in the Guangzhou office.
2.Develop and implement marketing, brand, and CRM strategies.
3.Drive and execute brand plans.
4.Manage marketing activities in line with business objectives.
5.Plan and execute ATL and BTL activities for brand management.
6.Focus on overall brand development for long - term growth.
7.Optimize and safeguard brand value.
8.Contribute to company strategy through marketing initiatives.
9.Identify brand growth opportunities.
10.Enhance profitability through the commercial/channel mix.
11.Grow market share and maintain brand equity.
Requirements
1.Foreigner, Preference will be given to those with international business experience, especially those with an understanding of Western music.
2.Also require 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing and OEM Marketing in the FMCG industry.
3.Digital Marketing experience would be an advantage.
4.An in - depth understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
Key Competencies
1.Fluent in oral and written English, proficiency in another European language would be an advantage.
2. Entrepreneurial spirit and a "can - do" attitude.
3.Strong time management and attention to detail.
4.Proven project management experience.
5.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6.Creative and innovative thinking.
7.Analytical skills for trend and challenge forecasting.
8.Ability to leverage internal resources.
9.Ability to handle complex relationships and decision - making.
10.Experience in managing trade shows is a plus.
11.Capable of promoting products and developing customers via the company’s platform and different social media channels.

Working Hours & Benefits
1.Flexible working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 5 - day workweek.
2.Overseas business trips and company exhibition attendance are a must.
3.You may be required to work reasonable overtime as this is a challenging role.
4.Competitive remuneration package, sales commission based on targets, substantial increment evaluations.
