International School ESL Teaching Job Description:
1.Location: Jining city, Shandong Province, China.
2.Contract Term: One year, starts from August. 2024.
3.Students Age:6-12 years old.
4.Position: ESL Teacher.
5.Work Days: Mondays to Fridays, two days off on weekend.
6.Teaching Hours: 22 lessons per week,each class is 35 minutes
Remuneration and Benefits:
1.Salary: RMB18,000 monthly-RMB19,000.
2.Accommodation: free apartment provided by school.
3.Meals: free lunch and supper on working days.
4.Vacation: full paid one month winter vacation.
5.Holidays: full paid 11 days public holidays and 1 day for Christmas.
6.Airfare Allowance: RMB10,000 allowance upon contract fulfillment.
7.Insurance: accident Insurance + major medical health insurance.
8.Performance bonus: 4000RMB to 10000RMB (pre-tax) per school year based on the individual performance
