1、 Bachelor's degree or above from a US university, native English speaker, major is not limited.
2、 At least 5 years of teaching experience in U.S. high schools or international schools.
3、 At least 2 years of international school management experience.
4、 Enthusiastic, with a strong interest in management, good at thinking, and a deep understanding of international education.
5、 Be courageous and have a strong sense of responsibility.
6、 Good at communication and strong communication skills.
7、 A degree or training in education management in the United States is preferred.
