As International Sourcing/Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing costs, delivery dates and payment terms in our supply chain.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and expand relationships with suppliers in India and Turkey
2. Track and follow up orders - manage timelines and costs
3. Develop analysis for deciding which supplier to use and how to ship products to maximize profitability
4. Optimize shipping, freight and warehousing costs through appropriate measures and recommended actions
5. Provide regular reporting on warehouse performance in the US, EU and China and leverage improvement potential with our warehouse partners
6. Connect products on online marketplaces such as Amazon and ebay to our supply chain system and oversee delivery performance
7. Work on strategic development of our supply chain network and present the necessary analysis to management
8. Prepare for sales events such as Prime day and BCFM in collaboration with our category management team
9. Set up customs deferral accounts, develop and implement container strategy for shipments from India and China to EU and the US
10. Pay attention to the logistical quality and performance requirements of the marketplaces

Candidate Profile & Skills:
1. Completed studies in the field of business
2. Minimum 1-2 years of operations and supply chain experience, ideally in a high-growth e-commerce environment
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving and creative talents, as well as the ability to make decisions based on analysis
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills at all levels of the organization
5. Assertiveness, high integrity and reliability with a strong sense of urgency and goal orientation
6. Very good user skills in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Very good communication skills with the Indian, both written and spoken, would be a bonus if you have relevant background with Indian suppliers.
