Objective
Ensure and improve the supply chain and logistics quality for imported production parts from Europe to the BBAC plant. Further develop logistics quality processes and methods. Ensure close alignment with process participants in Germany and BBAC.


Job Description
• Monitor KPIs for international delivery. Steer the team to achieve and improve the goals continuously.
• Perform as the international interface to conduct and manage all requirements from Supply Chain dept. Daimler AG. Responsible for managing and controlling task forces.
• Lead escalation management with international logistics service providers & suppliers and ensure the delivery quality of import parts.
• Implement risk assessment and management to international supply chain process. Identify the weakness and optimize the process to avoid logistics waste.
• Focus on individual growth and organization development. Manage the assigned personnel through information, coordination and communication. Allocate and delegate the tasks and responsibilities. Ensure at all times 100% commitment and conformity to all compliance issues.
• Further development of the supply chain quality team China. Create new concepts for quality optimization and new interfaces to CBU and after-sales claim management departments.
