We are looking for International Teachers with enthusiasm, experience teaching kindergarten, and intercultural ambitions. Job Description:
1. 80% of your time will focus on planning and teaching one-on-one online classes to Chinese age students (3-5 years old) through:
2. Enhancing student performance in English skills like: critical reading, writing, speaking and listening (American culture and history tutoring are also involved);
3. Adapting to the learning styles of Chinese students and demonstrating an ability to teach online courses one-on-one to substantially improve these students’ English language proficiency;
4. Conducting courses in accordance with the set schedule;
5. Communicating regularly with relevant departments and coordinators and participating in training workshops;
6. Correcting homework and essays that answer student questions during office hours; 7. Developing curriculum for required programs and courses;
8.20% time will work on monitoring class quality and recording video demo classes.

Location: Beijing

Qualifications required:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; TEFL, ESL, or TESOL certificate holder is preferred.
2. Must have kindergarten teaching experience.
3. At least one year ESL teaching experience or experience teaching K-12.
4. Graduates with advanced degrees in education/educational administration will be given additional priority.
5. Successful applicants are patient, easy-going, collaborative, in possession of strong interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills and team oriented.
6 Familiarity with the Chinese education system preferred.
