International Technical Service Engineer:
(1)Provide after-sales service for various types of transformers in accordance with transformer product standards and after-sales service procedures, and guide and address issues that arise during the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of transformers.
(2)Interpret and address technical issues related to transformers raised by users in accordance with relevant technical standards and regulations, provide technical consultations, guidance, and training to users, and conduct follow-up visits.
(3)In accordance with the relevant requirements of the factory and department, promptly report issues encountered during product installation and maintenance, and accurately reflect the quality status of the products.
(4)Conduct benchmarking studies on the advanced designs and structures of other products to provide a basis for the optimisation and upgrading of factory products.
(5)After completing product services, record service information in the service records as required. Additionally, in accordance with the requirements of the factory and department, promptly return service documents, training materials, manuscripts, and travel expense documents.
