Job responsibilities:
1. Familiar with and master the company's products, analyze the market and customer situation, contact and develop customers, excavate customer needs, deal with customer orders, package delivery and inquiry management;
2. Carry out channel development and business development through the network; follow up with customers' orders, keep in touch with customers, confirm the implementation of logistics information and other details and payment recovery;
3. Understand and collect the dynamic information of the products, and use the network to sell and promote the products of the company;
4. Handle customer inquiries, communicate with customers timely and accurately, improve and maintain customer satisfaction;
5. Assist to solve all kinds of problems in dealing with customers and deal with customer complaints;
6. Collect and collate product information, file relevant work data; prepare quotation, collate quotation data, customer data and file, and be responsible for the arrangement of other files within the scope of their own responsibility.
