Responsibilities：
1. Excellent degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, Mechatronics, Mech. Engineering , etc. (Master's degree/particularly well qualified graduates with Bachelor's degrees)
2. Relevant internships in the related area of Production/ Operations Management
3. Internationality or work experience abroad - preferably during the study course
4. Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of German would be an asset
5. Willingness to work independently and autonomously and to show personal initiative
6. Great communication skills and willingness to work in a team, social competence, mobility, interdisciplinary interest, creativity
