Change the future with us Responsible for inspection and compliance with the requirements set out in the welding standards Technical and disciplinary management of welding supervisors Operative implementation and further development of test instructions and quality standards within MF-GRZ, focusing on the welding supervisors Support internal & external audits on welding supervision Assessment and interpretation of process KPIs Blocking of products and processes where necessary in the case of any deviations Statistical evaluation of test and measurement results Initiative in terms of continuous improvement and SPS Expertise in various welding procedures, basic proficiency in robotics, basic proficiency in orbital welding Use your skills to move the world forward You should have minimum experience of 5-8 years along with bachelor’s degree or postgraduate in engineering along with experience in project management Work experience (auditing experience, testing methodology with respect to the product) Experience in the application and translation of problem solutions and fault prevention methods Knowledge about quality assurance, product safety solutions, risk management Understanding of IRIS, ISO 9001:2008, et seq. and other relevant Q standards Good communication skills Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens This role is based in Aurangabad.
