Responsibilities:
- Support e-commerce activities by writing English product promotions and managing social media content.
- Identify trends in overseas markets and provide insights for product and marketing strategies.
- Assist in collating operational data, optimizing product listings, and participating in planning events for cross-borders platforms.
- Handle German inquiries, communicate with customers via email, prepare quotations, follow up on order shipments, and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate international meetings, organize agendas, and translate materials between German/Chinese or German/English.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Asian Studies, Media Management, International Relations, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in image, video, and audio processing or data analysis tools.
- Familiar with using social media platforms for promotional purposes, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tik-Tok.
- Strong sense of responsibility, patience, teamwork spirit, strong execution ability, and outstanding learning ability.
- Capable of working independently.

Languages:
- German C1
- English IELTS 6.0 or above
- Chinese would be an advantage
