职位描述:
1. To support the advertising operations teams on all aspects of their business such as adtech, programmatic, ad blocking and pre-publication review;
2. To advise on new digital product or service launches with an emphasis on consumer law, data protection, advertising and other compliance issues;
3. To advise on advertising related regulatory and compliance issues;
4. To contribute to the development of best practice within the team and to develop clear and practical processes and controls for the advertising businesses and pre-publication ad review.
职位要求:
1. The role would suit a qualified lawyer with approximately 3-5 years' post-qualification experience, following a high-quality training contract or equivalent experience;
2. Experience (whether gained in private practice or in-house) of the following: technology contracts, digital media, publishing, social media, apps. In-house experience in advertising/media/creative agencies and knowledge of programmatic advertising technologies would be an advantage;
3. An understanding of social media and interest in new platforms;
4. A solid understanding of contract and intellectual property laws is essential; and strong drafting skills, negotiation, communication and relationship skills.
