Leader teacher in Pre-school

Working Hours: 7:40-17:00
Salary and Benefits: 28,000-32,000 RMB after tax per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Chinese teachers to provide a diverse cultural and educational experience for children.
- Create an immersive English language environment for students.
- Design the classroom environment with educational objectives and the unit of inquiry in mind, focusing on the English-speaking environment.
- Develop daily and weekly English teaching plans in line with developmental objectives.
- Actively participate in collaborative planning meetings and periodically reflect on teaching practices.
- Assist in organizing and participating in both in-school and out-of-school events.

Job Requirements:
-English Native speakers
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in preschool education or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Extensive experience in early childhood education or relevant school settings, with preference given to candidates with classroom leadership experience in a kindergarten.
- Professional Qualifications: A valid TEFL or TESOL teaching certificate.
- Abilities and Skills: Native English speaker proficiency; a good understanding of contemporary teaching and learning theories and practices, as well as infant child learning and leadership practices; and strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
