Job Description
Responsibilities of Work:
1. Collect the local industry news, subsidy policy, marketing information, analyze competitors’ products and sales strategy
2. Develop clients, achieve the order and customers management
3. Assist colleagues to do Pre-sales, sales and after sale services technical support
Position Requirements:
Current international students have passion in sales with basic sales skills; have enough free time to work as a part-time sale.
Incentive Mechanism:
Pay 3% commission base on every contract total sales amount. Annual sales amount reach or over one million RMB, we have extra bonus for you.
Meanwhile if you have ability to do after-sales service work, we will pay individually for after-sales service. Daily wage system, according with workload and working hours.
工作职责:
1.收集当地市场行业、政策、市场信息,对竞争对手产品和市场策略进行分析。
2.客户开发、订单获得和客户管理。
3.协助公司做好客户售前、售中、售后的技术支持工作。
岗位要求:
在校的留学生,对销售工作有极大热情并具备基本销售技能,有较多空闲时间从事兼职销售工作者。
激励机制:
订单提成制。
按照订单回款金额的3%计算提成,每单一结。
年度销售金额达到和超过100万元人民币的兼职销售员,公司会有额外奖励。
能够同时承担售后服务工作者,售后服务报酬另计,按照工作量和工作时间,按天计酬。
