Requirements:BA degree or above,More than 5 years teaching including some management Work Experience role(s) as detailed below.
Major Professional Requirements:Candidates should be able to demonstrate awareness of the circumstances affecting independent schools in China in the light of new government regulations such as those detailed in the “Double Reduction” policy of 2021 as it affects tutorial colleges, homework, weekend work and courses, extra-curricular activities, and so forth. Experience of working in a multi-cultural team in a bilingual educational environment would be a strong recommendation for the right candidate.
