Job Description
Community Manager

Responsibilities:

Formulate regulation for our community to drive healthy growth, monitor the content most in and attractive, ensure no off-brand content
Find creative and proactive ways to maintain user activity and improve stickness, identify and engage super-users and evangelists
Help people use our platform, inform the community of new features, promptly respond to user inquiries via email and social media
Stay on top of community trends and prepare reports of user activity, support, and social media metrics
Understand user behavior by conducting in-person and electronic interviews to enrich our understanding of our core audience, synthesize feedback to help product team develop new features and improve user experience
Maintain relationships with Community Managers at similar companies within our industry
Requirements:

3+ years in a Community Management for a web/tech company
The ability to speak, read and write English, Mandarin is a plus
Internet savvy with passion for SNS product, frequent user of tweeting, tumbling, liking, and adding people to circles
Entrepreneurial self starter, ready to face new problems and think of solutions independently
Analytical ability, be able to constantly monitor and understand trends data, and make business adjustment accordingly
