Scope of the project : At Abbvie, we have a large library of Market Researchs including all subpart of the project such as “Questionnaire”, “Briefing”, “Reporting”, “Insights”, etc. There are different kind of Market Researchs : Qualitative vs Quantitative ; Facts / Patients data bases vs declarative ; Full Tracker vs specific MR ; Secondary ; Primary The population could also be different : Specialists, Generalists, Patients, Nurse, etc. There are several scopes : Immunology (Gastro, Dermato, Rheum), Oncology, Virology, etc. There are several reasons for launching a Market Research such as the assessment of Brand Awareness of a product, Company Reputation, Quality of Life, Marketing Campaign, etc. Expected outcome : You act like a consultant and make tailored recommendations for each kind of Market Research, scope, objectives. ** For instance : What should abbvie do / consider / know if they want to assess the Company Reputation with Specialists in Immunology ? Based on the documentation and the MR library available, you develop a TOOLBOX of recommendation to help the business. This TOOLBOX includes the kind of Market Research to preconize, types of questions to include in the questionnaire, recommended length and duration of the questionnaire, etc. You can develop a generic TOOLBOX and/or some specific TOOLS depending on the scope : Immuno vs Onco vs Virology and the sensitivity of the population This TOOLBOX will be the basis recommendation to provide to anyone who wants to start a Market Research within the company Additional scope : You will also be involved in different stages of Market Researchs / projects during the duration of your mission (as the length of a Market Research / project is about 4/5 months) This means that you will take part of the briefing meeting with the Market Research Provider, presentation & analysis of the results, design of the questionnaire, etc. You will be able to make recommendations for each project you’ll be involved in (more specific ones) Qualifications Profile : Strong Analytical Skills / Proactive mindset / Autonomy & Independent / Willigness to manage a project as a consultant (End-to-end approach) Good knowledge of Excel – or want to improve his/her Excel skills but already base good basis Background : Management, Economics, Marketing at least 3 years – preference graduate or almost Interest in function BI, Market Research English speaker ( French / Dutch as first language) Duration of the project : Ideally: 10 weeks – max :12 weeks Could be possible from 6 weeks as he/she will work on sub-section of the project Travel No Job Type Internship Schedule Full-time Job Level Code IC Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
