About the role

Are you interested in working in an agile environment? We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant Intern to support our team! We are driving the development of the new infotainment platform for Mercedes-Benz cars. We steer the large-scale project of more than 15 cross-functional teams and manage their interaction with stakeholders, establish and maintain agile processes, facilitate and support the projects towards achieving their long-term goals.

As an Executive Assistant Intern you will work closely with our leadership team as well as with their Executive Assistant in all operative, and organizational day to day business tasks.

You will support our business leadership team meetings with an appropriate preparation and follow-ups, creation of reports, presentations, taking minutes of meetings as well as taking over responsibility by supporting ongoing projects.
