Internship – Hotel Activation – ALL Loyalty Programme (m/f/d)

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to join our Hotel Activation-team for our customer loyalty programme “ALL”. In this role, you will support on a variety of tasks, related to projects and daily operations in the region.

You can expect a multinational team and the opportunity to get a deeper insight into Loyalty Management. This internship is planned for 6 months (full-time), based in Munich, with the possibility of hybrid working.

Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:

• You will support our Hotel Activation-team on operational tasks, projects and more, related to our ALL-loyalty programme
• You will support the team on promotion, implementation and activation of our loyalty programme with hotels and local stakeholders
• In this context, you assist with the preparation and delivery of trainings and related materials (e.g. presentations)
• You will support the implementation of engagement initiatives for hotel staff and incentives across the region
• You will support Experiential Partnerships and Experiences Manager in setting up regional activations
• Furthermore, you will manage loyalty actions required for hotels entering and exiting the system
• You will assist in the creation of our monthly loyalty newsletter
• In addition you will take on various administrative tasks, such as managing the shared mailbox, translation support, etc.

Your experience and skills include:

• Currently enrolled at a university or comparable higher education institution
• Very good command of English and German
• Determined and able to drive results
• Orientation to detail, proactivity and creativity
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational strength, with a knack for planning and balancing multiple tasks concurrently
• Ideally, good PowerPoint-, Word- and Excel knowledge
