Location: Dalian Duration: 6 months Start Date: ASAP
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the daily HR operational work
- Assist to schedule the interviews for white collar & blue collar
- Prepare the data maintenance and reports
- Support hiring, training, BP team daily job
- Document management like contract renewal, closing process etc.
Your Requirements:
- Master student majoring in human recourses, economics, languages or similar
- project management related work or internship experience preferred
- Expert usage of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Proficiency in English or German
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability and team spirit
