Start date: We prefer students able to start as soon as possible, no later than Q3 2020.

Duration: 5-12 months

This internship assignment is suitable to combine it with your thesis depending on your subject. We are flexible to a certain extend to grand you a 32-40 hour workweek.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Support and execute projects as a junior project manager. You will be the linking pin between the HR Benelux management team and project managers by having the overview of assigned projects and reporting the status updates. You will have the chance to learn and develop within a variety of HR topics in a dynamic environment.

You are responsible for

  • Reporting status updates of assigned HR projects to the HR Benelux management team

  • Executing lean in the projects in order to standardize HR processes

  • Participating in projects that enable the successful execution of our HR strategy

  • Providing HR professionals with relevant information and support

  • Working on ad-hoc tasks based on your interests and the organization needs

You are a part of

You will be part of a team of HR professionals from the Benelux, consisting of the HR Leader Netherlands, HR cluster managers, HR managers and HR project managers, Rewards and Labor Relations professionals. All HR professionals work on different topics towards in order to execute the HR strategy. You will be working at our office in Eindhoven at the High Tech Campus building 52.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Studying towards your Bachelor/master degree student within: Human Resources, Employment Law, Organizational Psychology, Organization Studies, Business Administration or other related education

  • Experience with and interest in data analytics and Excel

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proactive towards problem solving and effective communication skills

  • Being able to work independently

  • Fluency in both Dutch and English

  • Experience from other internships, board-years or studying abroad is a benefit
