Responsibilities: 

•          Customer Due Diligence process for on-boarding, periodic review and trigger event review for clients
•          Work closely with internal and external parties to analyze KYC information and documents
•          Contact customers to complete CDD requirements within defined service level;
•          Conduct AML background search
•          Provide assistance to the Compliance team in all daily compliance issues
•          Provide support on ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned.
•          Provide clerical and administrative support to team includes data entry, typing, photocopying, filing and other general affairs as required

Requirements:

•          Full-time undergraduate student from a reputable university with majoring in Business Administration, Financial or related field is preferred;
•          Candidate with strong business and compliance sense is preferred; Candidate who has track record in leading or participating in projects or student organization is preferred
•          Attention to details is a must;
•          Candidate must have positive attitude and passionate to learn
•          High standard and proficient in MS Office PowerPoint, spreadsheets and words is a must.
•          A strong team player. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing personality is preferred
•          Mature, self-motivated, able to work independently
•          Hardworking, able to multi-task
•          Strong sense of responsibility
•          Immediately available is preferred
