Internship - Marketing Premium Brands DACH Region (m/f/d)

We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to join our Premium Brands Northern Europe-team, with a desired start in September/October 2022. You will report to the Premium Brands Manager for the DACH region and support on a variety of tasks. Our portfolio is composed of 4 brands: Swissotel, Mövenpick, Pullman & MGallery. Your region of activity will be Austria, Germany & Switzerland, offering a chance to extend your knowledge on different market, from franchise to managed properties.

You can expect a multinational team and the opportunity to get a deeper insight into Marketing and branding, with a focus on premium products. Your position is a 6 months full-time contract, based in Munich with the possibility of hybrid working.

 

What are your tasks?

  • You support the Marketing Manager Premium Brands DACH, along with shared missions involving the VP Premium Brands Northern Europe
  • Work on multiple markets, and collaborate with different countries in the Northern European-region
  • In addition, you will independently take on various projects, including:

 

  • Brand Quality & Guest Experience:
    • Support in rolling out guest experience frameworks (brand programs), pillars, and touchpoints/markers to grow RPS
    • With a focus on brand standards to drive product evolution
    • Support in gathering important information from the DACH region for Northern Europe & Global key projects.
  • Brand Regional initiatives and campaigns:
  • Project management
  • Agencies briefing
  • Event execution
  • Hotel/multi-department coordination
  • Branded product quality and supplying 
  • Regional PR content & activities
  • Social Media camping & Influencer trip
  • Deliver on brand performance and market share:
    • Support in the market and communicate ‘agile’ paid, owned, and earned content
    • Regional strategies roll out suited to the local market for profitable market-share

                                      

Your experience and skills include:

  • You are enrolled at a university or comparable higher education institution
  • Team player, you can work in an international team, with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Key understanding of the Hotel and Hospitality industry, with knowledge’s on Accor and the premium brands
  • You are fluent in English, and ideally speak German or French (not required)
  • You are confident in using the other MS Office programs
  • You enjoy working on a variety of topics and can multi-task
  • Have an interest for trends and innovation
