The positioning package feathers a comprehensive project analysis, market research, establishment of goals, purpose and target groups and the project strategy.

在不断变化的市场中，新知保持竞争力的优势，这正是我们成立研究与发展部门——罗昂实验室的原因。该部门由城市规划师与社会学家领衔主持，对项目所在地与周边环境进行分析，从而为每一个项目提供完整的项目定位服务，包括综合分析、市场调研、目标受众群体、功能、项目策略等。

Qualification

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Urban Design, Architecture, Economics or related field;

2. Good command in English, written and oral communication;

3. Fully conversant with Microsoft Office, expertise in Indesign is preferred;

4. Ensure at least 3 work days per week or a full-time duration for more than 2 months;

5. Modesty, willing to learn, with enthusiasm in design;

6. logon offers internship allowance and potential job offers to the merit intern students.

任职资格

1. 城市规划，建筑学，经济学或相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 良好的英文口语及书面表达水平；

3. 熟练使用Microsoft Office等相关设计软件，会indesign软件者优先；

4. 可以保证一周至少三天的实习时间或者可全职实习两个月或以上的学生；

5. 虚心好学，有上进心，有工作热情；

6. 公司提供实习津贴，优秀实习生可优先考虑聘为正式员工。
