• 寄/收三地TS同事（华东、华北、华南）的样品快递；
• 协助TS提交项目测试申请和跟进测试进展，并将结果及时通知给到TS；
• 寄/收客户的样品快递，并整理好给到对应的TS人员；
• 将对应样品及时转交QA或NRC等相关内部同事手中；
• 整理部门投诉资料，做好记录和存档；
• TS人员经常出差在外，经常会电查询订单、价格等信息，实习生协助查询。
