Job Description

The Mercedes-Benz Trucks Dealer Network Development department is responsible for the global development and professionalization of an effective sales organization and thus forms the basis for successful sales and aftersales business.
Besides, securing of revenue and sales targets, one of our main tasks is to ensure an international sustainable and profitable business model. Therefore, we focus on an optimal selection and consultation of our global sales partners. Furthermore, our core tasks include the development, implementation and monitoring of dealer standards, processes, contracts and retail formats. In addition, we are responsible for the analysis of customer satisfaction and loyalty measurements in the sales network (Customer Satisfaction Index).
We are an international team that is in permanent contact with our sales partners in the countries and at headquarters.

Your tasks in detail:
Area of responsibility: MB T-REx (European retail-professionalization program)


  • Synchronization of project work packages
  • Coordination and scheduling of the European markets rollout
  • Tracking and reporting of market rollout
  • Creation and preparation of management reports
  • Coordination of communication between all project stakeholders

Area of responsibility: Global Contract Management

  • Ensuring consistent contract management
  • Support in the creation and dispatch of contract documents
  • Preparation and post-processing of international workshops
  • Support in all other strategic and operative topics in Dealer network Development

Studies: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Technology or similar
Languages: Very good communication skills and proficiency in English and German
IT-Skills: Experiences with MS-Office, SharePoint knowledge will be beneficial
Soft skills: Independent working style, ability to analyze complex topics and derive practical solutions

This is a full-time job
