#### Position Description:


This internship program is aimed at those want to start their HR career. As an
intern, you will be a part of our EMEA Talent Acquisition team. You will have
an opportunity to see the entire recruiting process from the inside of a
global company and try it on your own. As our intern you will get to work with
a variety of our staff and take on the responsibility of your own set of real-
life tasks. In Lenovo we never stand still. Be prepared to grow in a dynamic
team following the latest global trends!

What can you learn from us?

As Intern you will be responsible for:
• Supporting Lenovo recruiters in their work
• Active sourcing of candidates, screening CVs, phone screenings,
• Advertising regional Lenovo jobs to various social media & job boards
• Updating and managing social media channels
• Talent Acquisition operations (interview coordination, data analysis,
business communications etc.)
• Documenting the positions and uploading them to LenovoCareers.com job portal
• Communicating with hiring managers and recruiters about hiring initiatives

screening, Behavioral Event Interview, LinkedIn and Boolean search technique,

#### Position Requirements:


What qualification do you need to get this internship?

• You need to speak English, as you will be in touch with our colleagues
across Europe
• We need you for 20 hour per week at least for 6 months
• You need to have at least some experience in Excel and PowerPoint (and we
together will keep improving it)
• Be people friendly and want to communicate with Lenovo colleagues

This is a paid internship.
20 hours/ week (4,5 EUR /hour)
