Responsibilities

Customer Success Manager

Overview

Customer Success Mangers (CSMs) focus on enabling our clients' vision for driving digital transformation within Microsoft solution areas. CSMs are our customer's success advocate as they deploy, use, adopt and consume our technology.

CSMs are core to our long-term strategic success and by driving usage of cloud services and increasing accounts while broadening the surface area of potential with our accounts.

Responsibilities

CSMs manage migration of America's largest enterprises to adopt, deploy and execute their business objectives using Microsoft technologies. Successful CSMs uncover the true essence of problems and come up with insightful solutions appreciative of the way a customer views both their business and processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in in business, communications or related fields with at least one semester/quarter remaining after internship.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and superior customer-service oriented skills desired.
  • Practical sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.

 

Partner Tech Strategist

Overview
As a Partner Technical Strategist (PTS) you ensure our software partners are successfully delivering great solutions to their customers.

Responsibilities
PTS is a technical partner-facing role accountable for the end-to-end technical architecture and solution deployment experience. You will own technical partner engagements by leading Envisioning Sessions, Architecture Design Sessions (ADS), and Proof of Concepts (POC) while also providing project management oversight and technical guidance through solution development, testing and delivery into the market. You will have a crucial role in managing technical relationships with key technical leaders at some of the most innovative companies in the US.

Qualifications

Additional experience: Working knowledge of Cloud technical components helpful including: Development, Systems operations and management, SQL/Database, Virtualization, IP Networking, Storage, IT Security. Experience with one or more of the following development languages a plus: .NET, C#, XAML, Objective-C, or Java. Strong balance of both the business and technical skills required to enable partner profitability, customer adoption and increased revenue growth.

Role-specific qualifications

  • Confidence to manage executive relationships, both internally and with customers, to create business transformation.
  • Combining business acumen with technological experience.
  • Microsoft Product Certification, ITIL / similar ITSM knowledge is a plus.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Pursuing a full time Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, IT Security, STEM related technical discipline (ie math, physics) is a big advantage.
  • On track to graduate in 2020 from full-time Bachelor or Master program
  • Working experience in technical consulting, IT security, IT solutions deployment, IT support is a huge benefit.
  • Technical background, e.g. with software coding experience in both class work and external projects, Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and public speaking skills
  • Excellent communication skills and superior customer-service oriented skills desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Passion for technology and working with customers.
  • Desire to build a long-term career at Microsoft in a similar function, particularly as part of our Microsoft Graduate program.
  • Fluency in both English and local language.
  • Full unrestricted work authorization.
  • Desire to build a long-term career at Microsoft in a similar function, particularly as part of our Microsoft Graduate program.
  • Available to start on January 2020 (able to work full-time or part-time from January 2020)
  • Able to work full-time from September 2020 if required.
