Job Description
What you will be in charge of:

- Assist HR Team with employee personal issues, e.g. bank account opening, visit local police station, buy SIM card, etc;
- Assist to search apartment, kindergarten, airport pick-up when necessary;
- Assist to update job advertisement and contact with external vendors if necessary;
- Documentations filling & updating (scanning, copying, etc.), online record updating, assist HR Team with HR reports, e.g. Employee’s contact database, etc.

What we require from you:

- Major in Human Resources Management or related preferred
- Excellent command of English in both written & spoken.
- Good Computer skills, e.g. Words, Excel, PPT, etc.
- Ability to work 3 days at least per week;
