Requirement：
(1)A bachelor or above degree in education of art, sciences, or related subjects’ studies
(2)Current teaching certification, or ability to get training before the season commences
(3)Enthusiasm, commitment, patience, and a passion for teaching, and deep dedication to learning and developing as an educator
(4)Highly effective collaborator, eager to listen deeply, contribute to a team and achieve goals together
(5)Very resourceful and adaptive, eager to embrace constant change, growth and learning
