Job Requirements:
• Must be currently resident in China
• Master degree or higher, ideally in a performing arts discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' qualified full-time teaching experience.
• At least 5 years’ leadership experience
• A reflective practitioner, with a positive, resilient personality and problem-solving skill-set
• Must be able to obtain a clear background check

Main Responsibilities:
• To lead, manage and develop the teaching and other academic aspects of the work of a team of teachers.
• To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant, differentiated, challenging and inspiring curriculum for students and to ensure that the subject areas within the faculty are vibrant, interesting, and enriching for all students.
• To monitor and support the overall progress and development of all students studying
• To provide a motivating and structured learning experience, which will provide students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
• To monitor, manage and support the performance of teaching staff in the faculty
• To contribute significantly to raising standards of student attainment as a teacher and form tutor
• To support the process of application to university as a teacher and form tutor
• To contribute to the wider life of the school, including extra-curricular and enrichment activities
• Other Teaching related duties.
