International School IBDP English Teacher Job Description：
1. Location: Changshu city, Jiangsu Province, China.
2. Contract Term: three years contract, Aug. 1st, 2024 - July 31st, 2027.
3. Job Position: English Teacher.
4. Students Age: 15-18 years old.
5. Work Days: Mondays to Fridays, two days off on weekends.
6. Work Hours: 22 hours a week, no office hours.

Remuneration and Benefits:
1. Salary: CNY30,000-CNY40,000 monthly.
2. Accommodation: free of charge two bedrooms apartment provided.
3. Relocation Allowance: up to CNY15,000.
4. Holidays: full paid summer vacation and winter vacation.
5. Airfare Allowance: up to CNY15,000 a year.
6. Annual Bonus: one month salary.
7. Insurance: social insurance and high-end medical insurance provided.
8. Visa and Documents Authentication: reimbursed, up to CNY10,000.
9. Children’s Tuition: allowance of CNY200,000 a year.

Requirements:
1. Native English Speakers.
2. Master’s degree or above, with relevant DP professional background and teaching certificate.
3. 3‐5 years teaching experience in an international school, experience in a boarding school or homeroom teacher is preferred.
4. Experience in IB teaching and experience in TOK teaching is preferred.
